A Call for Action on Cutting Sugar
A new article published by the World Health Organization (WHO) and The Journal of Dental Research suggest that consumers cut sugar intake to less than 10% of daily diet. If people could do this, the risk of tooth decay significantly drops. Research is also showing if you can cut sugar intake to less than 5% of your daily calorie intake, you drop the risk of tooth decay even lower throughout your life. Reducing free sugars will significantly prolong the life of your teeth. Read the article at: http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2013/12/131209204040.htm
